Purpose Real estate agents are professionals who need up-to-date and accurate information about their clients in order to maintain profitable long-lasting relationships with each of them. A satisfied customer can be very valuable the long term. This research focuses on solving problem lack a mobile Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adapted needs professionals. The importance this is related optimizing work resources highly abundant industry. Design/methodology/approach It was developed CRM for devices capable managing customers business partners user, which provides set features well defined by These were collected through 15 face-to-face interviews validated six video conference industry specialists.
